For an older hotel, it is in very good shape. The evening desk person was very welcoming. She was kind enough to give us a first floor room so we didn't have to climb stairs. The room was very spacious with a view of the lake. The beds were soft but unusually comfortable with lots of pillows. Loved the ceiling fan, every hotel should have them! Bathroom was shiny clean! Breakfast was continental but with many choices.Didnt use the bar/restaurant but looks like they have an extensive menu. It was a very comfortable stay!

There was a lot of room. The hot tub was great and big. When I booked it said pet friendly and I also put it on my reservation I had a dog. When I arrived they said dogs are not allowed in suite. But since the booking site didn't contact me they let me have my dog. With a little extra cleaning fee which was very nice.

Outstanding location with lake views, spacious rooms with medium size fridge and microwave as well as onsite pub/restaurant and friendly staff. Coffee maker in room, basic Continental breakfast with beautiful views. Security lights in parking lot as many have bikes/ATVs,etc. Overall good value for location and amenities. The attached pub restaurant has great breakfast. Yoga studio across from motel. ATV trail right off property.

i liked the onsite restaurant/bar. We were able to use the aluminum boat to go fishing in the lake behind the hotel in the morning. Beds were comfy.

The bathroom could be made more accommodating for older people. There are no grab bars and high rise toilets would be nice. They could also use hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes or night clothes. The room smelled clean but it could be updated with new carpeting and the towels were frayed and could be replaced. The breakfast was very minimal, maybe adding a waffle maker and toaster would be nice.
